1. Prices

All prices are in displayed currency.
Billing Currency may differ from the diplayed.
Item prices can be displayed both with or without 25% VAT.

2. Payment

We accept following credit cards : Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Diners, American Express.
To pay by credit card you need to submit cardno, expiry date, cvc etc. in our payment window in checkout procedure.
No money will be drawn from your card until the shipment leaves our warehouse.

3. Personal informations

Your information - name, address and e-mail - is only used for sending your products and informing you, if unforeseen problems with the delivery should occur.
After the order you receive an order confirmation via e-mail, this is your confirmation that the order was received in our system!.
Cookies are used on our website. These are used solely to remember name, address, etc. and ensure relevant information to each user.
Credit card information is NOT saved.

4. Delivery

Delivery is usually 2-10 business days.
If in your case we can not meet the delivery time, you will be contacted within 3 business days.
If you wish to get your order delivered to an address other than your own - for example, your work - it is simple:
In section "[3] Delivery" you can enter another address for the goods to be delivered to.

5. Order Confirmation

Immediately after you have purchased a product online, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
It contains, among other things, an order number, name and address of the payer, payment method, shipping address and an overview of the ordered products.
The order number is required for any inquiry regarding your order.
It is also your confirmation that the order was received in our system.

6. Return policy

You have 14 days to return or exchange any goods purchased online, valid from the date of receipt.
When returning goods please ensure they are in their original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items.
A copy of the invoice must always follow.

We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use.
However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 2-5 business days.
Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. As soon as your return has been processed by our team we will email you to let you know.
In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with us.
You have to cover any expenses in connection with the return.
Electrical parts (such as ecu, control boxes etc.) can not be returned. This is your guarantee that the parts are in perfect condition when you receive them.

7a. Warranty (Goods)

Basically you have two year warranty after purchase from receipt of the goods. For some products this period may be longer.
Vandalism, misuse or similar are not covered by the warranty.

7b. Warranty (Shipment)
It is ALWAYS the receiver who has to raise the claim !
  • Check immediately upon receipt of your goods, if the packaging has been damaged and the contents are intact.
  • In case of any damage to the package, you should immediately contact the shipment provider, that has been responsible for the shipment. Hidden damage must be reported no later than the day following receipt of the goods.
  • NOTE You should NOT accept the delivery, if the goods shows any signs of damage.
  • We DO NOT replace any goods and have no opportunity to claim compensation for any transport damage, if you just send back the goods to us.
8a. Warranty (Item)

As a rule, you have a 2-year warranty right under the rules of the Buying Act, counted from the receipt of the goods.
For some products, the complaint period is longer.
Harassment, abuse or the like are not covered by the warranty.

8b. Warranty (Shipment)
It is ALWAYS the receiver to advertise!
  • Immediately upon receipt of your goods, check if the packaging has a little overload and if the contents are intact.
  • In case of transport damage, you must immediately contact the transport company that has been responsible for the transport. Hidden damage must be reported no later than the day after receipt of the goods.
  • NOTE You must NOT acknowledge receipt if the goods are transport damaged.
  • Koed A / S will NOT replace the goods and will not be able to claim compensation for transport damages if you simply return the goods to us.

10. Disclaimers

We take reservations for misprints, price errors, VAT and fee changes, and delivery failures.
Contracts for the purchase of goods from KOED considered binding, when an employee has processed the order.
Any offer is valid while stocks last.
If any voucher is used, only one per. customer order is allowed - orders can not be split to achieve greater discount.
In case of any doubt, KOED reserves the right to cancel all discounts!
